Ben is joined by Aidan Walsh, an Irish boxer who trains at Holy Family ABC, Belfast. In 2015 Aidan won Gold at light welterweight at the Commonwealth Youth Games, followed by Bronze in Tokyo three years ago and then won a gold medal at the Commonwealth Games in 2022.

Ben is joined in conversation by Brian Cannon, who established the design agency Microdot in 1990. Microdot created the record sleeve artwork for everything released by Oasis and The Verve in the 90s. Microdot also created artwork for the likes Suede, Cast, Ash, Super Furry Animals and many, many more. The accreditation ‘A Microdot Design’ adorns over 75 million record sleeves worldwide.

RICKY MAYMI

Ricky Rene Maymi an American rock musician, best known as a member of the psychedelic rock band The Brian Jonestown Massacre. Ricky was a founding member and original drummer with the band he then switched to guitar and finally on to bass before leaving the band in 1993. He rejoined as a 12 string guitarist in 2003.
